  • 7000 Lougheed Highway

            Architect: Chris Dikeakos Architects Inc.

            Jalil Azizi’s Role: Associate and senior architect 

Feasibility study and master plan for a 14-acre property as well as 3 acres of possible future development in Burnaby BC, for Wesgroup. The project includes 12 buildings in 11 parcels plus 3 buildings in 2 parcels for future development.

 

  • 10744 City Parkway

            Architect: Chris Dikeakos Architects Inc.

            Jalil Azizi’s Role: Associate and senior architect 

Preliminary design of a 470,000 sq. ft. mixed-use project in Surrey BC for Quantum Properties Inc./Berkeley Enterprises. This project includes a 48-storey residential high-rise and a 12-storey mid-rise on a 3-storey office podium and 6-storey underground parking. The project includes 547 residential units of diverse styles.

  • SUN

            Architect: Chris Dikeakos Architects Inc.

            Jalil Azizi’s Role: Associate and senior architect 

Schematic design for a multi-family residential complex in Maui, Hawaii for Bosa Development. This project includes 240 units within 7 blocks.

  • Solo District - Phase 4

            Architect: Chris Dikeakos Architects Inc.

            Jalil Azizi’s Role: Associate and senior architect 

Prepared preliminary design for rezoning and design development of a 52-storey mixed-use high-rise in Burnaby BC for Appia Developments Ltd. This project includes 319 residential units of distinctive styles and 199,000 sq. ft. of office spaces and CRUs on a 6-storey underground parking.

  • Bellevue, Bellevue, WA, USA – Onni Group - Project Manager

            Architect: IBI Group

            Jalil Azizi’s Role: Associate and project Manager

Design development of a mixed-use project with three 60-storey towers including two residentials with hotel components and one commercial office. Amenities for the project included two swimming pools, a daycare and guest suites. Additionally, a food court was planned in association with the office tower.

  • Precidia, Coquitlam, BC – Ledingham McAllister - Project Manager & CA

            Architect: IBI Group

            Jalil Azizi’s Role: Associate and project Manager

Fee proposal, design development, and construction drawings for a 230,000 sq. ft. residential high-rise. This project included a 29-storey tower and 6-storey podium on a 4-storey underground parking, with 174 market and 73 rental units.

  • Lot P, Vancouver, BC – Onni Group - Project Manager & CA

            Architect: IBI Group

            Jalil Azizi’s Role: Associate and project Manager

Fee proposal, Development Permit package, design development and working drawings for a 510,000 sq. ft. mixed-use project. This project included two 14-storey live-work towers, a 14-storey hotel, a 7-storey office building, commercial retail units, and high-tech and amenity spaces on a 5-storey underground parking.

Fee proposal, working drawings, specifications, and contract administration for a 328,000 sq. ft. residential high-rise. This project included a 26-storey tower and 7-storey podium on a 2-storey underground parking with a total of 329 units. 

  • Oak & 67th, Vancouver, BC – Coromandel Properties - Lead Architect/Project Manager & CA

            Architect: IBI Group

            Jalil Azizi’s Role: Associate and project Manager

Letter of enquiry, preliminary design, rezoning, UDP, DP, working drawings and specifications for a 60,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building in the Marpole community in Vancouver. This project was composed of a 9-storey building on a 2-storey underground parking, with 41 residential units, 5 offices on level 2, and 5 commercial retail units on the ground floor.  

  • Bellevue (West view), West Vancouver, BC - Project Manager & CA

            Architect: IBI Group

            Jalil Azizi’s Role: Associate and project Manager

Design development, working drawings, specifications, and contract administration for a 158,000 sq. ft. residential high-rise. This project included a 16-storey residential tower on a 3-storey underground parking.

  • Cascade (The Pier – Parcel 11) – Pinnacle, North Vancouver, BC - Lead Architect/Project Manager & CA

            Architect: IBI Group

            Jalil Azizi’s Role: Associate and project Manager

Schematic design, design development, construction documents including specifications, and construction administration for a 200-unit 250,000 sq. ft. multi-family project. This project included a 9 and 10-storey building on a 2-storey underground parking and was a part of the Pier Development located at North Shore waterfront.

  • Trophy (The Pier–Parcel 12) – Pinnacle, North Vancouver, BC - Project Manager & CA

            Jalil Azizi’s Role: Associate and project Manager

Design, design development, working drawings and construction administration for a 113-unit multi-family project. This project included a 13-storey tower on a 2-storey underground parking and was a part of the Pier Development located at North Shore waterfront.
